Here i will post some pictures and explain my building process
Sorry for my English if you find something that is not perfect.

After 2 and a Half years in Uk i decided to do something like this to show the way i'm building my instruments.
As i just decided stat this "project" after some time wirking in my last guitar unfornutly i don't have all photos but I will explain my process anyway.

In first the process of chosing the tops, as i'm far from my sellers I use to buy some tops and after received them I test them and decide what to do with them, some times just send them back, if they do not have the quality that I wish.

After chosing the top I start i just glue the both boomatch parts, for this process I use titebond glue.

After the parts are glued and dry, for this process I whait never less then 12h.

Then I use a drum sander just to clean the top before start the sound hole.

In this case I use for my rosette a diferent process then the tradicional rosettes, my rossettes are always wood and they never are equal, in this case the materials used were solid paduk and ebony dust with epoxy glue, I have learned to use this process wen i bluid campaniles, in the old times the anciant bluiders they used charcoal with hide glue. Here i used mosaic purflings as well to do the in and outside of the rosette.

Please see pics :)

After rosette as applied is time to start to thikness the top, here I use to do some diferent processes, in first i use the drum sander until the sound board as between 2,4 mm and 2,6 mm this measure can be diferent it depend of the stiffness of the top as the wood as well. This top was sanded until achieved the 2,5 mm, at that measure i found that it was the time to leave the sand machine and start to do the rest of the process by hand.
Why by hand?
Well, is very simple, I need to do some very light passes in the topwith the plain but without touch the 2,5 mm at the center, bridge area, and upper bout. This process is made in the part that will be the interior of the top.
I use to do the thikness of the edges then I flex the top carefully in a transverse direction register the resistance that the top offers on forcing it in to a  arched position and to see in the top bends with a uniform arch all across the lower bout. I put my left hand through tyhe soundhole and the rigth hand at thebottom of the top.
